Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support while assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands like grocery shopping. Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention by following individualized care plans. Observe and report changes in client condition to ensure safety and independence. Work with clients throughout Hartford County to build meaningful relationships that support their comfort and autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass required background screenings
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Prior home care, caregiving, healthcare, or personal care experience preferred but not required
