Job Summary
Provides direct personal care and related services to clients at their residence; assists with activities of daily living, transfers/ambulation, and prescribed exercises; prepares meals and assists with eating; assists with medications self-administered by the client; completes progress records and timekeeping logs; maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; uses client equipment safely; familiar with Title 22; attends trainings and state-mandated in-service sessions; performs light housekeeping and simple household procedures essential to home health care; accompanies clients to medical appointments and ensures a comfortable work environment for clients; adheres to agency policies and procedures and maintains up-to-date credentials.
