Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 support for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Assist clients with everyday tasks like meal preparation, personal care, and community integration activities including errands and appointments. Spend time on client hobbies and patiently teach, encourage, and celebrate small achievements to foster growth. Provide patient care while receiving skill enhancement support from on-staff nurses and managers. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay starting at $20/hr, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO. Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with clients with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
