Job Summary
Lead the Caregiving and Advocacy Team Personal Guides as the primary operations expert for the Caregiver guides. Provide onboarding and training support to ensure guides are effectively equipped to support informal caregivers. Collaborate with PathWays departments, the Director of Caregiving and Advocacy, and community-based organizations to develop, implement, and monitor the program. Conduct research on industry trends, attend relevant workshops and webinars, and oversee the generation of reports related to guide work. Initiate external relationships with informal caregiving resources and serve as the contact for advisory groups. Manage the creation and ongoing implementation of the informal caregiver strategic plan and day-to-day operations of services and processes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS
- minimum of three years of LTSS, healthcare, and/or aged and disability industry experience
- Ability to develop and maintain key relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Strong history of successful program development and program management
- Supervisory experience
