Ensure staffing needs are maintained according to the Planning Document and meet required staffing ratios, staying late if necessary. Transport members to appointments or scheduled activities while working with them to increase independence. Complete required documentation, including Incident Reports, accurately and in a timely manner. Assist members in successfully meeting their Planning Outcomes and assure their Health & Safety by immediately reporting issues to your manager. Communicate all staffing concerns and member complaints to the manager. Complete required training promptly and attend PCSP meetings if requested.
