Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Direct Support role in a group home (2nd shift). Provide person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges, following plans and supporting goals. Responsibilities include encouraging daily activities, maintaining a safe environment, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, advocacy, medication administration, and availability for 24/7 care. Requires empathy, reliability, and teamwork; on-the-job training provided.
