Offer daily tasks support to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments, ensuring their dignity remains at the forefront. Complete shift documentation and submit timely updates to the office, communicating routinely about client conditions and needs. Work flexible day and night shifts ranging from 4 to 24 hours, utilizing reliable transportation.
