Job Summary
Caregiver responsible for excellent care of residents in a Senior Living and Memory Care Community. Provide assistance with daily life functions (ADLs) such as hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulating using Life Stories Training to minimize resident stress and maximize cooperation. Support development and implementation of activities and motivate residents to participate daily; ensure accurate documentation in Resident records and Move N; collaborate with Wellness Associates to maintain teamwork. Requires high school diploma or GED. Full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with potential additional $1/hr for 3rd shift and active CNA license.
