Job Summary
Provide compassionate daily care and support to seniors at GenCare Lifestyle @ Scriber Gardens, including activities, meals, and personal hygiene assistance. Maintain resident safety by administering CPR and First Aid, and ensure compliance with Bloodborne Pathogens and HIV/AIDS training protocols. Assist with daily living tasks while monitoring for signs of dementia or mental health needs. This role offers part-time flexibility with paid sick leave, quarterly pay increases, and free meals during shifts. We support certification growth through CEUs and annual license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- NAC (Nursing Assistant Certified) or HCA
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens & HIV/AIDS Training
- Food Handler's Permit
- Basic/Modified Caregiving, Dementia, & Mental Health Training
