Job Summary
Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional or behavioral health needs as outlined in service plans. Collaborate with supervisors to develop and revise service plans by reporting current resident needs, preferences, and successful approaches. Observe and report resident problems to licensed practical nurses, medication technicians, or aids when on duty. Attend onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings as requested. Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director. Maintain required certifications and meet state or provincial health regulations. This full-time role is part of a vibrant community dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
