Job Summary
CaregiverResponsibilities: Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans. Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches. Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid. Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director. Job Details: Full Time at Vitality Living (Acclaim at East Beach) in Norfolk, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
