Job Summary
As a Caregiver at Our Community in North Richland Hills, TX, provide residents with ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), encourage participation in activities, assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping, and offer medication reminders. Engage residents with companionship to foster social connections. Requires empathy, a patient demeanor, and strong customer-service skills; on-the-job training is available and no prior experience is required. Required Qualifications
- Experience beneficial, especially with dementia
