Job Summary
Care Provider role providing ADL support and daily care to residents in a senior living community; responsibilities include assisting with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and communicating changes in residents' condition to a supervisor; requires weekend AM shift availability, HS diploma or GED, and ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; training provided; located in El Dorado Hills area with opportunities for growth and benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off; must pass background checks and health screenings; vaccinated per regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Write and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families
