Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation. Support clients with light housekeeping, errands, and appointments while following individualized care plans and reporting condition changes. Offer companionship and medication reminders to help individuals maintain independence. Full-time hours in Indianapolis with pay up to $19.25 per hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). CNA or home health experience is preferred for this stable role within an established organization.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

Desired Qualifications
