Job Summary
Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming while assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life by delivering compassionate and professional care primarily in clients' homes with varying shift schedules. Work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling, utilizing paid training and continuing education opportunities to build meaningful relationships with seniors and adults living at home.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring with a passion for helping others
Desired Qualifications
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required
