Job Summary
Caregiver needed for full-time daytime shifts with occasional overnights to provide non-medical home care to seniors. Responsibilities include personal care and hygiene assistance, Alzheimer's and dementia support, meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping/errands, ambulation assistance, respite care, and overnight care as needed. Must have a vehicle to drive clients on assignment and be able to commute to the South Bay or Marina del Rey areas; valid CA driver’s license and insurance listed in your name. Paid training available; sick pay; 401(k) with company match after 6 months; mileage and phone reimbursement; flexible schedule (part-time, full-time, overnights, weekends, weekdays). English literacy required and a heart for caregiving. Salary: $18.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a vehicle to drive clients while on assignment
- CA Driver's License and insurance
- Register as a CA Home Care Aide (background clearance and TB test)
- Pass drug tests
- English reading/writing
- Compassionate caregiving
- Reliability and communication skills
- Complete required training
