Job Summary
Caregiver responsibilities include assisting residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising; may assist with transfers, transports, and escorts as needed; keep rooms safe and orderly and may change bed linens and make beds. The role supports a health-center environment within The Orchards (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care) with a focus on safety, quality of care, and resident well-being. Shifts include AM and PM slots; compensation ranges from $21 to $22.50 per hour based on caregiving experience; benefits include 401k with employer match, commuter reimbursement, and opportunities for growth and tuition assistance. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to communicate in English; experience in customer service is highly preferred and training/development opportunities are highlighted.
Required Qualifications
