Job Summary
Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and behavioral health needs as outlined in service plans. Develop and revise service plans by reporting current resident needs and preferences to supervisors. Observe and report resident problems to licensed practical nurses or medication technicians when on duty. Attend onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions as well as team meetings. Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director. This full-time role includes a 6am-2pm shift and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance alongside generous PTO and attendance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
