Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues per service plans. Collaborate with supervisors to develop and revise service plans by reporting current needs, preferences, and successful approaches. Observe and report resident problems to licensed nurses, medication technicians, or aids as assigned. Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training, as well as team meetings. Perform other duties directed by the Wellness Director. Maintain required certifications and meet state health regulations. Shift runs 10am to 6:30pm full time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
