Job Summary
Conduct daily quality care for seniors, including personal and medical routines, feeding meals, and providing enrichment activities. Observe residents for changes in condition and report to nursing, while maintaining proper medical documentation and ensuring facility sanitation. Interact professionally and respectfully to promote teamwork and happiness, adhering to safety and healthcare guidelines. Training is provided for roles such as Med Passer or Lead Caregiver, with preferred qualifications including CNA or STNA certification. Shifts range from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm with alternating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or work equivalency
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
