Job Summary
Caregiver- Assisted Living, FT role at MBK Senior Living. Provide daily living assistance to residents including bathing, grooming, hygiene, meals, and mobility; follow care plans; document information; ensure resident dignity and safety; respond to resident needs promptly; facilitate meaningful activities; participate in safety and compliance procedures; 32-40 hours per week with variable days (swing, day, weekend); requires ability to lift and assist with transfers and equipment as needed; healthcare and wellness support within an assisted living setting; comprehensive benefits and development opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or over or proper work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nurses Aid certification preferred
- Current first aid certification
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
- Complete a health screening and negative TB test results
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to interact effectively with people of different ages and backgrounds
- Must meet and maintain all state-specific regulatory requirements
