Job Summary
Provide compassionate resident care in a skilled living environment by assisting residents with activities of daily living (dress, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene), dining services, and light housekeeping/laundry. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; observe and report changes in health and well-being; support leisure activities; maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment; ensure proper sign-out procedures, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork with colleagues. Participate in trainings, adapt to emergency procedures, and mentor new employees as needed. Demonstrate empathy, respect, and adherence to policies while delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
