Caregiver ~ FT AM/Swing Shift ~ Assisted Living ~ Sparks

Care Managers provide loving care to senior residents in an assisted living setting, assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing) and maintaining resident privacy and dignity. They monitor and report safety concerns, help move residents between areas, respond to calls, participate in monthly trainings and in-service meetings, and collaborate with a supportive team in a family-like environment. Candidates should understand standard caregiving procedures, universal precautions to prevent infection, and be able to read and interpret safety and operating instructions; English literacy and effective communication are required. Licensure/Certification requirements include state-approved medication administration training and first aid certification, with education preferred as a high school diploma or equivalent and prior healthcare experience encouraged.
