Job Summary
Assist residents with activities, treatments, and emotional health issues per service plans while informing supervisors of needs and preferences. Observe and report resident problems to licensed personnel as indicated. Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training, and attend team meetings when requested. Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director. Maintain required certifications and meet state health regulations. Full-time shift runs 6:45am to 7:15pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
Desired Qualifications
- CNA and CPR certification preferred
