Job Summary
Take clients to medical appointments, the grocery store, and other important places. Manage medication, prepare meals, and provide assistance with bathing and dressing. Keep the house clean, do laundry, and maintain proper care records while encouraging socialization and community participation. Communicate with medical professionals regarding the patient care plan and ensure a safe, comfortable home environment. Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care, mental health training, and First aid/CPR certification required.
