Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors in clients' homes, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, and maintain a safe home environment. Offer transportation to appointments or outings and provide timely medication reminders. This role includes experience with dementia and behavioral care; hoyer lift and gait belt familiarity are preferred. Part-time positions are available on weekdays and weekends in the Salt Lake area, with competitive pay and benefits including training, PTO, 401(k), and on-call support.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
- Experience with dementia and behavioral care
- Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred)
