Job Summary
Assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans, and recommend level-of-care adjustments while building meaningful relationships with residents, family members, and staff. Blend multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day and work with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed timely. Demonstrate organizational skills around time management and promote the company's mission and values. Weekend availability required; various shifts available. Competitive wages range from $19.00 to $21.00/hour depending on experience. Full and part-time opportunities available.
