Job Summary
Supervise students in the residential home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management, collaborating with teachers and counselors to address academic, social, and emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Document relevant student observations or incidents and participate in family-style mealtimes. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
