Job Summary
Caregiver position in Germantown, MD for Nest & Care. Responsibilities include hands-on personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene), reading and following care plans, scheduling and shift adherence, and reporting health/behavior changes. Requires 1+ year caregiving experience, car and ability to drive, and availability Tue–Fri 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Benefits include 401(k), training, attendance bonuses, and referral programs. Required Qualifications
- Caregivers or CMTs with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience
- Car and ability to drive
- Available Tue-Fri 10AM-2PM
- Ability to perform personal and companion care including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene
- Reads care plan and assessments and provides quality care as per plan
- Complies with company policies (dress code, attendance, etc.)
- Observes changes in client health or behavior and notifies appropriate personnel
