Job Summary
Provide personal care to clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers; support mobility through walking assistance and ROM exercises; monitor and report changes in client condition; provide medication reminders and document compliance; prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands; offer companionship and emotional support; follow safety, infection control, and fall prevention protocols; document care accurately using a mobile app. Must have valid driver’s license and SSN card, active CNA license if applicable or PCA certification/test completion, CPR/First Aid certification, and be able to pass TB testing; reliable transportation and ability to lift and transfer clients; capable of using mobile apps for documentation.
Required Qualifications

- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Recent negative TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
