Job Summary
Conduct personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments while performing light housekeeping and prescribed range of motion exercises. Provide incontinence care, administer medication reminders, and operate lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts for bed-bound patients. Support hospice care under staff instruction. Flexible scheduling with weekend shift differentials available for full-time equivalent health insurance benefits.
