Job Summary
Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff while assisting them with life skills and life-enriching activities. Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines, and blend multi-sensory experiences into their daily schedules. Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs timely and demonstrate strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Maintain and develop care plans, recommending level-of-care adjustments as necessary. Weekend availability is required, with various shift openings available for full and part-time roles.
