Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly while providing ethical and respectful care. Administer medications in accordance with Title 22 regulations, order and reorder prescriptions following physician instructions, and monitor medication administration records to report errors. Schedule resident doctor appointments and maintain progressive documentation with medical professionals. Ensure residents remain stress-free by promoting engagement and independence, while maintaining good composure during emergencies and a safe work environment. Full-time and part-time positions available in various shifts with a $500 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
