Caregiver (Flexible/Float)

FLOAT FULLTIME caregiver role providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, daily activities, running errands for supplies, helping participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and supporting community participation. Must be flexible to work different shifts and every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) across multiple houses. Requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance. Six months in human services or direct care preferred; strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills expected.
