Job Summary
Conduct daily quality care, engaging activities, and enrichment programs for residents to assist them in living life on purpose. Assist with daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans while observing residents and reporting any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing. Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities, ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas, and record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures. Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner while promoting teamwork, laughter, and happiness every day.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience
- CNA
