Job Summary
Provide essential caregiving support including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility transfers, meal preparation tailored to dietary needs, light housekeeping, and engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote socialization and well-being. Maintain confidentiality, document client health changes for supervisors, collaborate with caregiving team, participate in ongoing training, and uphold company care plans. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour with flexible Morning, Afternoon, and Weekend shifts; opportunities for part-time and full-time work; benefits and weekly pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- CPR certification preferred
- First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to clients' homes
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
