Job Summary
In-home Caregiver role providing one-on-one support to seniors and adults in their homes. Responsibilities include companionship, ADLs assistance (dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility), incontinence care, safe ambulation and transfers, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands and transportation, medication reminders (non-medical), and documenting care in a daily health/wellbeing log. Requires HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and flexibility with shifts (weekday, weekend, overnight, live-in). Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Experience a plus (not always required) in PCA or LNA roles
- Open availability strongly preferred
