Job Summary
Compassionate in-home caregivers needed for morning, mid-day, and late afternoon shifts in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Lakewood, CO. Provide personal care, companionship, meals and mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and routine home support to clients in a private-duty, non-medical setting. Roles offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and competitive pay ($19–$22/hour) with benefits including PTO, Sick Pay, and 401(k). Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, be 18+, HS Diploma or GED, and be able to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; successful completion of background and CAPS checks and verification of references. Training provided; pets may be present in some homes.
Required Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background and CAPS checks
- 3 professional references
- Negative TB test within 30 days of hire
- Comfort working in homes with pets
