Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, medication reminders, and laundry. Provide companionship through meaningful conversation while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff to ensure reliable, respectful support. Work in clients' homes across Sykesville, Westminster, and surrounding Baltimore-area communities. Flexible scheduling with dependable hours available for full-time or part-time roles. CNA I/II certification or six months of caregiving experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current negative TB test results
