Job Summary
Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Provide companionship through meaningful conversation while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Demonstrate kindness and reliability by communicating clearly with clients, families, and agency staff. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with immediate openings for CNA I/II certified candidates or those with six months of caregiving experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and hold current CPR certification. We provide CNA tuition reimbursement, same-day pay options, and a supportive team to help you succeed in providing in-home care across the Baltimore area.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current negative TB test results
