Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Selma, NC, part-time role with afternoon/evening schedule and weekly pay. Responsibilities include providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), supporting community participation and employment, aiding with learning and communication using adaptive tools, promoting independence, monitoring health and safety, documenting activities and schedules, and engaging in ongoing training. The role involves building positive relationships, working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and coordinating with care teams. Experience in behavior support is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver�s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
- Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required � we provide paid training and support
- Pay & Signing Bonus
