Job Summary
Caregiver (DSP) needed for overnight shifts in the Connellsville area to provide one-on-one companionship and mentorship to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Responsibilities include accompanying clients on errands and appointments, engaging in clients' hobbies and activities, assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, and participating in community integration activities. Training and clearances are provided; BAYADA highlights weekly pay, PTO, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 clinical manager support. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience with I/DD (paid training available if not).
