Job Summary
Implement client care plans through hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and toileting. Provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation while adhering to infection control practices and company policies. Notify Care Managers of client concerns, condition changes, or emergencies, and accurately update task status before clocking out. Maintain punctuality, complete ongoing training, and attend staff meetings. Requires 1,000 hours of long-term care experience, a CNA or HHA license, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons
- Proof of current TB testing
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Must have available reliable transportation
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Be mature

- Be punctual
- Be reliable
- Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state)
- Provide verifiable professional and personal references
