Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and positive individuals to join our team as Caregiver/Direct Support Professionals, providing essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with health and safety procedures, implementing person-centered plans, supporting community life, and performing medical requests. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet specific physical requirements. This role offers flexible scheduling with varying shifts, and a chance to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals supported by RHA Health Services. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.
Required Qualifications

Additional Requirements
- Individuals must be able to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 70 lbs and performing various physical tasks.
- Background checks including criminal background, child abuse registry, and driving record checks are mandatory.
