Job Summary
Provide support for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health/substance use challenges in community settings. Assist with health and safety procedures, person-centered plans, and community life activities. Support may include driving for services, data collection and reporting, and collaboration with team members and supervisors. Schedule includes a variety of shifts across all days of the week at Waiver Homes in Statesville, NC; includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $1,500 for part-time. Requires at least 18 years old, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma/GED; CPR/first aid training provided. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Regularly lift 30 lbs; ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- CPR proficiency (from floor level)
- Pre-employment screening (criminal background, OIG exclusions, etc.)
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
