Job Summary
Support daily living tasks including cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and personal care for adults with needs. Encourage participation in hobbies, social events, and community activities while teaching life skills to build confidence and independence. Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction, acting as an advocate and ally for individuals who may not always have a voice. Build meaningful relationships through laughter and fun, helping people live fuller, happier lives. Starting pay is $18.25/hour with flexible part-time and full-time schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Ability to pass a TB test and physical (if applicable)
- Clear driving record (if applicable)
