Job Summary
The Caregiver/Direct Support Professional provides support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with needs identification and communication. Responsibilities include implementing support plans, promoting independence, and maintaining individual confidentiality. The role requires promoting healthy living, assisting with personal care, documenting provided care, and supporting community integration. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and pass pre-employment screenings.
