Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in identifying their needs, helping them achieve personal goals, advocating, and teaching independent living skills. Skills required for this role include conflict resolution, communication, decision-making, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications

- Valid drivers’ license

- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
- Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
