Job Summary
Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting. Prepare simple meals, perform light housekeeping, and accompany individuals on community outings and appointments. Encourage participation in recreational activities and life-skills development while following individualized care plans and documenting services. Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support in home and community settings. Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire and complete CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 certifications. Available for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts in Gilbert, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire
- CPR certification (training available)
- First Aid certification (training available)
- Article 9 certification (training available)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally when needed
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities
