Job Summary
Caregiver/Direct Care Provider responsible for supervising and directly training patients with brain injuries in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and therapeutic home programs within a residential, home-like setting. Duties include teaching, monitoring, administering and documenting patient programs, performing bed/bath/toilet/chair transfers up to 20 times per shift, and ensuring safety during behavioral outbursts. Role supports shifting with a PM (3pm–11:30pm) schedule and offers benefits including Daily Pay, 401(k), PTO, health/dental/Life insurance, and continuing education bonuses.
